Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking All appointments must be booked at least 5 hours in advance. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is approved. 2. Deposits & Payments Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total at the time of service. Full payment is due after the service is completed (unless prepaid). 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service. 5. No-Show Policy Clients who miss appointments without notice may be required to pay in advance for future bookings. 6.
